Abstract
The research in this paper pertains to the organizational structure of the local administration in Republic of Macedonia. The research is focused on a relationship between the local population, available human potential and the budget possibilities of the local government with the organizational structure of local government administration. In testing the relationships, the needed numerical data is utilized and the Pearson's correlation analyses is used by applying SPSS. The results of the research show that the Major's decisions in organizing the administration are directly connected with the local population and available human potentials. However, no correlation is found between the budget possibilities and the organization of the local administration.
