Abstract
This paper explains use of chatbots in online business. What are benefits and how you can emprove your buisiness, sales by using chabot as your personal asistent. The paper also provides the results of statistical analyses of research.The results of a given study are based on data obitained from a companies that implemented chatbots in their business.
