Abstract

Abstract Organic food is produced on
uncontaminated soil and while been manufactured
there has been applied lot of agricultural,biological
and mechanical methods that are not harmful for
the human health,the environment and natural
balance.Organic farming recognizes that there is a
direct connection between our health and the way
we produce the food that we consume.With the
organic way of production and food processing
always in advantage is the use of materials and
products which are obtained in a natural way.The
name-Organic product,or Organic food is given
because of the organic substances and methods that
farmers have changed in the artificial
substances.By the results of the survey,it is sure
that the organic fruit is an excellent source of
vitamins,minerals,dietary fiber,but the young
population although is well aware of the
importance of this fruit ,avoids it because of the
high price of the organic food.
