Abstract

The economy of any country, is not and can not be perfect. Always a exist problem that does not allow it to reach the level of perfection. One of them is the problem of unfair competition. To a lesser or greater extent, it is part of the economy of each country. Unfair competition is an activity of business entities that are competitors as the market made in the business, contrary to the regulations, best business practices or social interests and that causes damage to another business entity - competitor and the economy and society as a whole .Unfair competition occurs in many forms of which the most typical is the informal economy. The gray economy means any economic activity made by disregard of regulations and operating o
utside the legal flows, in order to gain illegal profit for themselves and for their own account,to the detriment of other individuals, economic entities or the state.
