Abstract

In this paper, we will cover the entire process of making a 3D phone holder, how we came up with the idea for making it, slicing process in Orca Slicer, printing on Shenzen Creality 3D Technology, the features that this printer has and what materials it can print from. Following the printing process, mechanical strength testing of the model was conducted under controlled pressure and temperature conditions. The model was printed using PETG material in two different orientations, namely horizontal and vertical printing,
in order to evaluate the influence of print orientation on the mechanical performance of the final product.
