Abstract
The book Financial Law with an analysis of the Financial Law of the Republic of Macedonia is a product of the practical needs of Law students in the Republic of Macedonia. Namely, our country has a well-established legal system in this area, largely completed in the first decade of the 21st century and also compatible with other systems of European countries, the USA and other member states of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Given the specificity of the subject matter and the accessibility of the material in the field, which is truly extensive, special care has been taken to ensure that the acquired knowledge is in line with the practical needs of students, primarily for knowledge of domestic finances as they are regulated in their forms in the Republic of Macedonia.
