The study of this subject matter will be primarily conducted by applying the normative analysis method, as well as the method of comparison and the case law method. The aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the surrogacy in Macedonian legal system. Keywords: surrogacy, surrogate-mother, biomedical assisted fertilization.
