Abstract

The paper presents a Hybrid Electrical Vehicle modeling based on multi-physics approach. The integrated simulation model of a series-parallel HEV is developed including the electric drive system, PI controller, vehicle load model, and gear box. The system step response is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results confirm the validity of the model.
