Abstract

The lawyer is a highly professional, trained and licensed lawyer, authorized to promote them human rights, to protect and defend the interests of his client, always and wherever he is called for it or when it is requested of him. In handling before the courts and other institutions, lawyers are obliged to protect the reputation of the court and of
the institutions before which they represent them, as well as to protect their reputation and the reputation of the party. By showing respect to the court and institutions, lawyers show that dignity the legal profession is placed on a pedestal for its members. The subject of scientific research of this paper is the lawyer's professional ethics in RSM, from the point of view of the principles of work of lawyers, the principles and rules of work, which the lawyer, in the practice of law, is obliged to respect them as a professional. Lawyer ethics is part of professional legal ethics, which is a set of values and principles, a series of ethical norms for the actions and behavior of lawyers in practice of their professional duties.
