Abstract

This scientific paper has the task of presenting the results of the scientific research of the family phenomenon violence in the context of the global health crisis caused by COVID-19. It is the focus of interest the strengthening of measures for the protection of victims of domestic violence in the Republic of North Macedonia due to the expected increase in the world, which was warned by the United Nations Organization. The purpose of this paper is to indicate that the prevention of domestic violence is a priority, to carry out analysis of the current situation and to be a significant source of information for implementing activities for a fierce fight and a response to the rule of law to eradicate this phenomenon. What is domestic violence?
What activities constitute domestic violence? Does domestic violence only happen in the home? In what forms and forms does it appear? Do the victims know the family protection mechanisms? violence? The listed questions are only part of the questions through which the problem is defined research of this paper. The work should reach the victims of domestic violence, but also introduce them with emergency and temporary measures as strong mechanisms for quick and efficient legal protection.
