Abstract

Financing and investment of enterprises in tourist sector in R Macedonia is very important issue, which provokes interest in established and increase of capital founds. In Republic of Macedonia financing and investment play a key role in developing the infrastructure of tourist capacity, especially hotels and restaurants, so it is very important to invest in this area.

Foreign direct investment in tourism industry should fill the lack of capital in this area. Tourism development has positive influence over investment activity, as well as capital source, as foreign direct investment, but the capital founds has positive influence in tourism industry development.
