Abstract

In today's era of modern technology, Artificial technology is used in all spheres of life. It is used in search engines, as communication tool, in robots, in vehicles, and in so many other fields.[2] Therefore, AI is incorporated in all spheres of life, and it affects the economic, social, political spheres and its impact can not be predicted because it is growing and spreading with a speed of light. [3]

Due to its constant use, a legal framework and regulations are needed. Up until now, legislatures used the existent relevant laws that can be applied for the use of new technologies, but we have to have in mind that they are not formulated to regulate the use of new technologies and AI. These laws can be applicable but without the direct connection to the new technologies and digitalization. Therefore, the questions arise as to how much the present laws and regulations meet the requirements in these new field?[4] And how these present laws, regulations and policies will adapt to the fast advances in Artificial Intelligence? This is not a simple step and it depends on different social, cultural, economic, and other factors. The policymakers are challenged to create legislation that does not prevent AI innovation and development, but at same time protects us from possible dangers from these new technologies. [5]
