Abstract
Studying the pedagogicaland psychological history of studying the concepts of giftedness, talent and creativity, it can be said that lately these notions have become more and more imposed and become the priority postulates for the development of each country. Their psychological phenomenology not only draws the attention of the lay public but it is an imperative need and motivation for the realization of many scientific research papers in the academic circles. This paper focuses on the study of the intercorrelational relation of several psychological traits such as motivation, creativity, intelligence and school success. Given that there is a belief in our pedagogical practice that the psychometric concept is dominant in perceiving school success, this paper will shed new light on understanding school success. In this sense it should be noted that the latest research papers tend to indicate that there are a number of non-cognitive factors that stimulate, shape and determine school success. At the same time, comparative research results concerning the differences between gifted and average will open up new questions and dilemmas regarding the achievement of exceptionally high results in one or more scientific fields. The theoretical justification for selecting and moderating the aforementioned concepts and creating this paper is found in Renzulli's theory that gifting is a combination of three fundamental traits such as above-average abilities, high motivation (commitment), high level of creativity. In the methodological sense, the paper presents the usual standard methodological stages through which a scientific research paper goes. The results of the paper absolve the importance of examining the relevance of school success, intelligence, motivation and creativity that have more practical implications. The conclusions drawn from the realization of the research process indicate that school success is largely determined by non-cognitive factors such as motivation, creativity and others.
