It is a method that is very popular in some western European countries, and especially in the United States, from where he originally originated. The knowledge about this method in Macedonia by the public authorities and institutions that have a role to deal with the crime are at best minimal. An argument for this is the lack of application of the same. As a method which has been practically applied in certain places around the world, everywhere has seen positive results.
