Abstract
Globally, explosions represent a phenomenon that occurs as a result of explosive substances where their use is increasing and as a result they cause a large number of victims and the destruction of material goods.
Displaying the full picture of the methods of research of explosives and explosive substances is the starting point for clarifying and proving the crimes by determining the reasons for their occurrence, forensic analysis and discovering possible perpetrators.
By determining the term and classification of explosives, their divide, as well as the increasing use of improvised explosive devices, emphasis is placed on obtaining a complete and clear picture of every society's aspiration for maintaining and improving the level of safety and protection of citizens and Material goods.
Criminal justice aspects in the Republic of Macedonia and in the sphere of international law constitute the basis for the prevention, detection and proving of criminal offenses of this kind, as well as providing international cooperation through ratified international conventions, agreements and other types of communication between international legal entities.
