Abstract

Consumer behavior is a complex, multidimensional, and dynamic process that addresses the customer's decisions regarding the activities of selecting, purchasing, using, and disposing of products, services, and ideas.
Increasing market competition in the field of tourism on the one hand and the evolution and development of human overall and tourism needs on the other hand impose an inevitable need for researching on consumer behavior in the field of tourism. All this leads to consumer satisfaction in the field of tourism, but also provides key strategic advantages for tourism companies.
The subject of this paper is researching on the consumer behavior in the field of tourism in Kosovo from the perspective of tourism companies in order to create a successful tourism offer and raise it to a higher quality level. All this will lead to numerous benefits for tourism companies, and in the end, it will result in a quality tourist offer of Kosovo and its recognition as a tourist destination.
