Abstract
The successful operation of the tourism market requires knowledge of the needs and the wishes of the tourists and how their satisfaction adequate. Certainly without the constant and potential tourists there is no marketing travel company, that will be its successful operation of the overall tourism market. In order to have a good relationship between the tourists and the travel company with mutual content, it is an exploration of the tourism market, including the research of the tourists behavior and being placed all emphasis on market research. These studies are directed towards to the future and enable the travel
company to identify the main issues that need to be answered that adequately to satisfy the needs and the desires of the consumers. The survey of the tourism market should primarily
provide the answer to the question what will be, not what is or what was the demand for the products and services of the travel company.
The market research is an input function in marketing research basis when it is making research - development, production - sales, promotional and other activities of the
travel company. A survey of the tourism market allows to identify problems and see their solutions. The research of the market defines its needs, motivations and the behavior of the tourists as to whether there is a perceived and what is the demand of products and the services of the travel company. After the perception and the research of the market, the emphasis is directed at exploring the behavior of consumers, respectively of the tourists, and it is an integral part of the market research.
