Abstract
There are already some publications that report on the change of language and the varied application of language through digital media i.e. digital communication. This fact is not enough considered in foreign language education, the least however in language courses for specific purposes. E-mail-projects for example are partly used in foreign language courses in schools, but they hardly appear in university language courses for specific purposes. Such projects, as well as WWW-projects, are there more than necessary. These projects should not be identical with those in school language education, because professional communication should above all be learned here. That means that we must achieve an authentic professional communication in foreign language in the course - a communication between learners of the foreign language for specific purposes and experts from institutions of the corresponding field from the target language country.
This work ought to be here as an appeal to institutions and employees in the tourism field and to faculties of tourism from different countries, to support each other and to co-operate, which would build up the later real professional communication and will consequently have a growth of the international businesses as a result.
