Abstract

The global pandemic with the viral COVID-19 has made changes in the
activities of most people in the world. It's also changes in a person in people's
life, and that's the thing. Like it or not, the pandemic has changed the way
companies do business. It means creating new ways of communication,
performing joint and individual work, but also other aspects of work. The right
to protection at work is a constitutionally guaranteed right for every citizen
(Art. 32 of the RSM Constitution). This right is exercised through a series of
legal and by-laws from different areas, with the sole purpose - to enable the
highest possible level of workplace safety, to eliminate and/or minimize the
specific occupational risk and to enable the improvement of health of
occupationally exposed workers and prevention of occupational diseases and
injuries at work. The employer must adapt the work process to the abilities of
the employees, and the work environment and the means of work must be safe
and harmless to the health of the workers. In that direction, it is necessary to
collect and analyze specific and reliable information about COVID-19. This
can include documents and other publications of domestic and international
safety and health organizations and agencies or ministries of health, labor or
transport, as well as revised scientific literature, etc. For example, it is very
important to know the number of cases of COVID-19 in the location of the
public facility, as it is useful to assess the risk of transmission from the
community. Here it is very important to download information from reliable
sources. During an epidemic, all kinds of information from various sources,
including rumours, gossip and unreliable information, spreads quickly, which
can create panic among the general population. Due to the novel nature of the
virus and ongoing advances in scientific knowledge, it is necessary to ensure
294
that the information obtained is regularly monitored and updated through the
immediate exchange of information, advice and opinions of health experts or
authorities.
