Abstract
Abstract:
By signing the Charter Magna Charta Univerzitatum, Macedonia has committed to promote the deepest university values, traditions and rights and to promote and encourage strong and deep ties between European universities, with the signing and adoption of the Bologna Declaration and the adoption of the Law on Higher education and all his previous amended, Macedonia unequivocally reaffirmed commitment to Europeanize the Macedonian higher education process. Summing up the results so far after spending more than one and half decade of implementation of the Bologna Declaration to the surface numerous inconsistencies, ambiguities and improvisations why fallen expected positive results. In order to prevent further deterioration in the quality of higher education and prevent further erosion of the higher education system it is necessary that the current water higher education policy and strategy to be set on a different basis than the present, taking into account the Standards and Guidelines for quality assurance European higher education area (ESG). The aim is for future generations to acquire new qualitative knowledge, so necessary for creating a respectable nation.
