Abstract

Abstract
Worldwide, more mature understanding that the process of globalization understood as connecting people, nations and countries, the poor and the rich, the weak and powerful civilizations and cultural development is a process that is inevitable. This is undisputed by this process. People today are more aware of the global world and the impact of global factors on the quality and conduct of everyday life. Increased awareness of the forces causing globalizacionite different arguments and considerations. While on the one hand are clearly expressed tendencies and practices of regional association of nations and states, on the other hand are quite strong aspirations of nations and their national communities to regulate their own lives in "his house" to be politically independent and sovereign state within its territory. In this context the question what is the key issue regarding the process of globalization of the world with the sovereignty of nation and state
Indisputable are the basic ideas of globalization if they respect the needs and the pursuit of peoples and countries for their own independence, for their own independent political position, if not respect their national identity and sovereignty if any integration at regional or global level have full equality and higher degree of security and freedom of communications with other nations and states. If there are these assumptions can be said that globalization and sovereignty are not mutually exclusive. However, much of the ideologists and promoters of globalization absolute national sovereignty is considered as one category and exceeded willing invocation of sovereignty to identify with nationalism. They wholeheartedly advocate for deregulation, or to create conditions for smooth movement of corporate capital and other factors of globalization. Proponents of globalization argue that technological determinism has condemned the destruction sovereignty and globalized finance and industry fleeing from state control considering that nationwide regulation is outdated and national sovereignty is senseless. Globalization has negative consequences for the sovereignty and autonomy of nation-state. The idea of globalistite and all their denial of the nation-state turned into an open theory of unlimited power and the rule of the powerful over the weak.
Today, indisputable fact is that the sovereign state remains the main actor in world politics, but its central position is much more volatile than in the recent past (for example, regarding the ability of a national government to implement policies that may be contrary to the interests of world market). In a world that is increasingly connected, the future of the nation-state seems quite weak. However, states remain important actors in world politics and the myth of sovereignty remains a strong influence on the way of functioning of the international system. States still crucial to define the national society and culture and a focus for what is called imagined community of the nation. Little chance that the nation-state in the near future will not, but it is certain that transnational forces and institutions and will further erode the significance of territoriality and the global politics that revolves around the state.
