Abstract
ABSTRACT
HE in R.M. is one of the segments, which has been left on the margins of reforms many years. In 2003, by signing the documents of Bologna declaration, R.M. joined the European family in the domain of HE. Systems' transformations were intensive in March 2008 by bringing the new Law of HE. The main idea of change is to allocate the student as subject in the center of the process of education. The idea is based on introduction of new way and new methodology of acquisition knowledge, flexible education, which can be adaptive to the students' needs, abilities and ambition.
