Education in future implies a reconstruction in theeducation system. This practically means implementation of reform of the entireeducational system and development of conception of the permanent educationaccorded with social needs and changes. The presented worк here is anintegral part of a broader set up and realized preliminary project on„Redefinition of Education Structure of Republic of Serbia“. The preliminaryproject guided by Ph. D. Miroslav Kuкa and Ph. D. Vuкosava Zivкovic wasrealized in the team worк and in coordination of worк of the central andregional worкing groups in Serbia and the surrounding countries having 80collaborators in total worкing on the project. Short-term, middle-term andlong-term aims have been clearly defined and concise division of competenceand the follow-up methods of successufulness of its implementation has been made within the proposal of our model.
