Abstract

The reflexivity of a teacher is a competence of teachers which is very important for the modern teaching and learning. However, the teacher reflection is maybe the most important in the development of interpersonal, intrapersonal and the social competencies of the student. The paper has been structured according to IMRD methodology. The topic of research is Analyses of the opinion of teachers and students in the primary schools in North Macedonia about the impact that the teacher reflection has on the pedagogical communication with the environment and its impact on the development of social competencies of the students. The research, which is quantitative, has been realized with 247 teachers and 201 students with different ethnical background from 12 primary schools which is a random sample to check the general hypothesis: The reflexive conversation of the teacher with the environment influences better anticipation of the social capacities of students. The data analyses is based on calculation of pondered values of arithmetic means of the answers of teacher and pupils and the standard deviation of those values. There is also qualitative analyses of the statements of the sample for creating the stratums of teachers and the students in the research. The results gained have confirmed the general hypothesis and have proved that the reflexivity of teacher is a source of conditions for development of the social competencies of students.
