Abstract
In this paper, a modelling framework for performance analysis of a circular airport runway, proposed within the Dutch project ‘the Endless Runway’, is given. The proposed solution takes into account the basic project’s parameters and air traffic policies and is based on the usage of the class of Generalized Stochastic Petri Nets (GSPNs).
