Abstract – This paper analyzes the legal regulations, analyzes
the existing situation with the guardrail on the roads in relation to
the degree of danger of traffic participants, and with measures for
the improvement of the traffic safety were proposed. The use of
this European norm and its practical application in the fastest
time are essential for the state, to raise the level of traffic safety.
