Abstract

Modern research increasingly confirms the fact that entrepreneurs and managers are aware of the importance of innovation. Research confirms that innovative organizations that are able to use innovation to improve their processes or to distinguish their products and/or services are competitive, measuring in terms of market share, profitability and development. Organizations are constantly trying to understand how to innovate. To that reason researches focused on examining the routers and supporters of the process of innovation. Creativity is manifested by the individual, group, organization or among other working together to produce creative results. Creativity is the base for generating ideas for potential innovations. The purpose of this paper is to present a clear picture based on theoretical research what is creativity and how it correlates with innovation.
