Subject of research is to determine the legal position of the victims of terrorism. The purpose of the paper is the author wills determinations the need for the existence of different standards of protection and support of victims of terrorism. In the introduction of this study the author explains that the victims have a need and it is determined protection and support of the victim and which is the crucial element so that the efficient support of the victims should be provided. In the final part of this study what the answer of the victims needs means (enforcement of the legal instruments of the international and national level for support of the victims; Improvement of media information about the victims of terrorism acts; development of global campaign about the raising of conscience for importance of the victims support of the terrorism etc.).
