Abstract
This paper deals with the proper use of information communication technology used as a tool for
developing and changing the learning environment where the central place belong to the mathematically gifted
student. Education, supported by the proper implementation of information communication technology, can advance
the acquisition of knowledge and skills that provide mathematically gifted students lifelong learning. Proper use of
ICT, especially computers and Internet technology, provides new ways of teaching and learning in spite of previous
practice. These new ways of teaching and learning represented in constructivist learning theories lead to a shift from
traditional to modern teaching. CT-enabled learning mobilizes a tool for examining, calculating and analyzing
information, providing a platform for testing, analyzes and designs of new information. Such learning encourages
the interaction and cooperation between stakeholders in the teaching process. It encourages the creation of new
products. It also draws on a thematic and integrative approach to teaching. ICT-assisted learning is directly targeted
to the mathematically gifted students and is diagnostic, has many different
