Abstract
The process of tobacco keeping, manipulation, Tonga balls production and they expedition to the customers preferring responsible and in-time data acquisition in all phases. To have tobacco suitability from raw tobacco material to final product we have to make automation of all these
processes. We had to have integral solution that will be successful for implementation in Tobacco purchasing system in TKP. Also, it will reduce discarded materials in production processes. The aims of this project would be:
• Reestablish the suitable system in the ISO 9000 principles with reducing of discarded materials;
• Reducing administrative and professional staff in all manufacturing and other departments and tobacco changes responsibility location;
• Define strong procedures and high labor automation of dedicated specialists with
possibility to concentrate on tobacco quality;
• The responsibility for acquisition and saving data is done to the server and data can be accessed immediately, on-line;
• The TKP private properties are save because of the 100% control;
• Possibility of cost/benefit analysis for top managers;
• The energy costs are low, so all human labor substitute gives savings.
• Analysis and Management information systems are automated, so we don't use extra time for making same managers reports
The effects of this project implementation would be very important. We have visible and invisible earning from this project implementation. The most important thing is changing the organizational culture of staff, total control quality in all phases of tobacco production. Saving human labor is the second important thing in this case, because the human work in this globalization period is the most expensive production cost. The humanization of the production is the third most important factor for implementation of this project.
