Traffic accidents are a consequence of many factors. One of the reasons for the accidents is the state of the road, i.e. the absence of placement and maintenance of the traffic signalization as a part of the public road. In this paper, through examples, a review of the shortcomings of the traffic signalization as a part of the public roads is made, which should help the road enterprises responsible, as well as other subjects, understand the need to take specific measures, in order to better the current state and enhance the safety on the roads.
