Abstract

The developmental changes impose the need for constant replenishment of knowledge and development of skills and abilities, hence one needs to learn during their whole life. Since the adult human being cannot attend school for all their life, they can learn where they live and work. That way besides formal learning, the learning can also be non-formal and informal. The developed countries increasingly follow the trend of intensification of non-formal and informal education, because all the developed countries are guided by two concepts; the concept of lifelong learning (lll), and informal learning, so the concept of a society that learns is recommended to all the members of the Union, and even to the countries in transition, such as ours, as a basis for conducting the national educational policy. The pedagogical faculties have a significant and important role in the education and training of current and future educators and teachers. They represent a crucial link in achieving the above mentioned key concepts which the education in a country needs to be based on.
