Abstract

Contemporary international enterprises abundance centralization hierarchy organization structure and accept team work as a challenge for great success. They start from the effects which the team can offer as a sublimate of knowledge, abilities and creativity of it's members. In this context, the aim of this paper is to present the effectivity of team work in the international insurance companies. It will include international teams as a form of strategic management and the characteristics of the teams from strategic, regional and local character. Special accent will be put on the question of the phases in the process of creating teams, multiculturalism in the teams or work diversity and the necessity for compatibility of the group.
