Abstract
This paper has particularemphasisonrailtransport, and its quality, thereforetheincreasing the efficiencyandeffectivenessof the system. The measuring of the qualityofservicesinrailwaypassengertransportcan be performed by GAPanalysisandSERVQUALmethod which are adjusted and implemented in the proposed single model.
