Producers of food products are an important part of the link that emerges between the sellers 'market and
the buyers' market. The agri-food sector in the region has an important role, both economic and social. On
the other hand, there are some limitations that make the agri-food industry uncompetitive. Above all, the
agri-food sector is marked by small agricultural economies, production for basic necessities, and a
malfunctioning local market. Another aspect affecting poor performance is the lack of a high degree of
mechanization and modern farming systems and technologies.
Environmental agro-industrial production is experienced as a reliable measure of nature and environment
preservation, as well as an instrument for better management of the agro-food sector and forested land, as
well as the boundary space of protected natural areas creating new public goods and all in the direction of
sustainable development. Environmental agriculture is a mode of production that does not use fertilizers and
pesticides, and fields are used for crop rotation, green manure, organic fertilizers and biological
preservatives when needed.
Socially responsible agriculture is one that provides an improvement in the quality of life of farmers and
consumers of their products.
The main purpose of the research in this paper is to determine the impact or impact of environmental agroindustrial
production on developing consumer awareness of improving nutrition and promoting their health
as one of the indicators of sustainable development.
The results of the research will help prepare a modern social marketing program that is aimed at changing
the behavior of consumers, improving their nutrition, in order to improve their long-term health, all in the
direction of sustainable development.
