Abstract
The basic aim of the paper is to represent the results from the research conducted based on the
psychological aspects on the entrepreneur as a person and the results from the research conducted on the
entrepreneurship programs into Bitola's region in 2012. For the aim of the research based on the
psychological aspects on the entrepreneur as a person, a proper questioner was created. The same one
was given to a specific target group, created by people from various segments of social life such as:
entrepreneur people, people included into the educational processes (teachers and professors) and
students. This kind of a research was done with an aim to get proper information's about the
entrepreneur as a person. On the other hand the second part from the research was dedicated to the
processes of utilization of the entrepreneurship programs into Bitola's region in 2012, as a way for
creating new work places.
