Abstract
The continuous improvements of the
teaching process are the key elements for higher
quality of the educational process. One of the most
effective ways to improve the educational process
is to implement the real experience from the
students, who have been directly involved into the
process itself. When we speak about the
improvements there are plenty of methodologies,
but the QFD methodology is one of the most
effective because it uses the actual, real experience
from the students participants. The basic aim of this
paper is to represent the real experience from the
high school students, whose realistic opinions
could be used to improve the way of teaching in the
primary schools and bring positive changes into the
teaching process in order to make it more
productive, more interesting and more appealing.
