Abstract
Human capital is an important input in the production process that can stimulate or slow down the economic growth and development of a national economy. The formation of human capital directly depends from the education and health status of the individual. This paper treats the complex problematic of the human capital impact to economic development, with special review for the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
