This work is composed of three parts: first part, introduction, second part, the main characteristics of the social-economic changes and the last part is about the relation between economic science and the social-economic changes and problems.
The main goal of this work is to explain the contemporary social-economic changes and to hoist their complexity, inter dependency and suspense. As a meter a fact these changes found totally new way of creating and realization of the value in which the knowledge and the information are becoming the key-factors of the economic behavior and success of the enterprises and countries. In that context, the part of the contemporary economic science in explaining and solving the problems and antagonisms of our reality is very big and important.
