Abstract
Tourism product satisfies different consumer needs. Tourism product characteristics are translated into specifications, which reflect dimensions of wanted quality levels of tourism product. Different products can have different definitions for acceptable quality levels. Therefore, managers interested in quality management as an organizational culture change, need to understand dimensions of the term quality, management, tourism
product, service, tourist needs and the role of quality management initiatives in raising small business competitiveness.
