Performance measures are central component in the management control system. Historically, organizations measures performances by financial measures based on cost accounting information. Namelu, in contemporary conditions immaterial measures has superior importance. Financial indicators doesn’t involve immaterial assets, accordingly they lose their power and investors need new performance measurement concept, which behind financial measures will include and immaterial performance measures.
