The goal of this paper is to describe and analyze the administrative component of the
Common Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union as a very important,
although not so much emphasized segment of this policy. The results and effects of
the CFSP are very important for the European integration and unification process,
and the administrative architecture is an essential part of it.
In the paper as the most frequent methods we will use the historical method, method
of content analysis and comparative method which we will use for determination of
the characteristics of the different periods of administrative development of the CFSP.
At the end, we will summarize the main achievements of the administrative
institutions and bodies related to the CFSP and we will suggest some modalities for
its improvement and better visibility on the world political scene.
