Abstract

This paper analyzes the reliability of cloud-based recovery solutions for protecting organizational information systems. Using a System Dynamics model, it identifies key factors affecting resilience, supporting informed selection of dependable cloud services to ensure business continuityand sustained protection of intellectual capital.
