Abstract
Typically, a project is conducted within a specific timeframe, with start and end dates. Projects are unique, one-time processes aimed at achieving predetermined goals. They differ from everyday routine tasks, which are repetitive in nature. The realization of planned projects requires several initial phases and factors, such as time, scope, resources, budget, etc. The second phase of project implementation involves integrating the necessary inputs required to achieve the project's objectives. If the project involves human resources, they must be well-acquainted with the goals, plans, procedures, and phases of project execution, stay updated with ongoing developments, and be well-trained and motivated to successfully carry out the project and achieve the planned objectives. Achieving project goals involves the rational connection of all resources, such as financial, human, and other resources, which is indeed a complex endeavor
