Abstract

Contamination with high levels of arsenic is of concern because arsenic can cause a number of human health
effects. Several epidemiological studies have reported a strong association between arsenic exposure and
increased risks of both carcinogenic and systemic health effects. Environmental pollution by toxic metals is of
great concern as the effect of these metals has a negative impact on when they enter the human body through
the food chain. These metals often accumulate in the liver, intestines and gallbladder. Heavy toxic metals
become dangerous if they start oxidation. They undergo changes and damage all cells. The problem is that they
serve as the main food for bad bacteria, viruses, worms, parasites and fungi. This means that these metals can
serve as a breeding ground for Streptococci A and B, E. coli, H. pylori and viruses. In our study we analyzed
the concentration of heavy metals such as As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, As, Zn and Pb.
