Abstract

Innovation as a phenomenon emerged with the emergence of the man who survived and lives thanks to them. That is why in every new dimension of time, man strives to find new and better ways for his development. The need for that is quite expected, because innovations and creations areessential for national, organizational and personal success, and the giving of ideas and their practical application is inherent only to man as a conscious and reasonable living being. So, every person and every organization havethe ability to create andimplement idea is to devise a better and more quality way to do their job, to create a product or to provide services. Research shows that despite the great attention paid to innovation, both in science and in strategies for economic and social development, they do not achieve the desired effect, especially when it comes to their impact on economic growth, social development and how and when it comes to international competitiveness.
