Abstract
Abstract: The new working conditions that are being created in the world today in terms of functioning and
building the concept of new business companies indicate that the classic way of functioning and creating business
companies is slowly but surely going down in history. What is currently the trend of the new business model models
is the introduction of a hybrid work or distance work model. The operation of the hybrid model of operation has
proven to be functionally safe during the Covid 19 virus pandemic in the world, when a large number of companies
and institutions due to health and safety reasons and employee protection had to ask themselves the question: How
can the company be closed at the same time and employees can participate in the work process?, undoubtedly, the
answer to this question was the implementation of the concept in a hybrid way or remote working. However, the
more positive this model is, the negative it may be in terms of business development and promotion than in terms of
how much this way of working affects the social life of workers, especially in terms of socialization of workers in
the workplace in their daily communication with colleagues and supervisors. The question also arises, although
hybrid work is a model work of the future, but to what extent is it feasible in all sectors of industry, whether it is
feasible to be applied in all activities of the economy, industry, ie the entire socio-economic life.
Exactly this paper aims to show the concept of functioning of work from a distance or the hybrid way of working
with all its positive and negative sides that undoubtedly this model of work brings with it. In fact, hybrid work
represents the future of the functioning of a working technological process of most business companies regardless of
the geographical location of the business, the geographical location of the employee, the need for working
conditions and office space.
However, it can be said that this model may not work for everyone and in all sectors, but the idea is that where this
model of work can be implemented, it should be implemented without interrupting the work process of the
institution or business. the company.
Keywords: hybrid work, business company, jobs.
