Abstract

The amount of data on the internet is increasing every day, and this is leading to information overload. Recommendation systems have been very efficient by significantly improving information retrieval in data mining. Machine learning techniques have been used to improve the performance of recommendation systems, which are typically trained to maximize user satisfaction and increase sales in business companies. This paper deals with the research of machine learning techniques, which are used in recommendation systems in different fields improving performance.
