Abstract

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has undergone tectonic changes in the way the whole social order
works. These changes did not spare the civil proceedings. This paper aims to analyze how
civil proceedings will be conducted in the field of civil law during the state of emergency, but
also after the end of the state of emergency, while measures to protect against the new virus,
Covid-19 take place. The subject of analysis is the comparative supranational and national
civil process solutions for dealing with the pandemic, with a special focus on the situation in
the Republic of North Macedonia.
