Abstract

Cooperative learning has different approach from those of the individual and competitive learning. The cooperative learning is based on cooperation, mutual relationship in which the students put themselves in the service of satisfying their own needs, and taking into account the needs of the others. The research shows that, unlike the individual and competitive learning, when practicing the cooperative learning, students understand and master the study programs better. Also, the divided responsibility and the established interaction lead to much easier executing of the assignments and create better relationships in the group, and to those students that show weaker success, it becomes easier to form a better picture about themselves. The synergy that is made in the cooperative learning creates a much motivating atmosphere, connection and feeling of belonging in reaching the goal. The successful communication at cooperative learning leads to good partnership and friendly relationships and with that, a better emotional and social climate, will create better conditions for realization of the process of learning.
